As a physician, I am often asked if the latest skincare innovations are truly therapeutic or merely cosmetic theater. When it comes to hydrogel masks—such as our HydroBurst Eye Mask, we aren’t just talking about a simple sheet soaked in serum. We are talking about a sophisticated drug-delivery system that borrows principles from advanced wound care.

The Mechanism of Action: Why Hydrogel is Superior

A hydrogel is essentially a three-dimensional, cross-linked polymer network capable of holding a massive amount of water—often up to 99% of its total weight.
