Shipping
Most orders ship the same day your order is placed if placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time. Our preferred shipper is USPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers. For tracking information, please email askthedr@drdenese.com
- Domestic Shipping is one flat fee per order of $6.95. All orders $65.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Please allow between 2-5 business days for delivery via USPS.
- Canadian Shipping is one flat fee per order of $25.00. All orders $200.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Please allow between 10-15 business days for delivery via USPS.
An email will automatically be sent to you once your order is ready for shipment. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folders or contact us at askthedr@drdenese.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays in the United States.
- Please also note that choosing Overnight/ Two Day shipping does not mean your order will ship today. If it is past our shipping window, it will ship the next business day.
- Our Shipping Facility works very fast and hard and typically orders go out faster than we can catch them. Please double check your shipping information, your payment details and review any discount codes added before placing and confirming your order. There is a high possibility that your order may ship before we are able to adjust, edit or cancel your order.
- For orders valued over $200, we may ship with signature confirmation.
- We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses. Once we ship the item, USPS/UPS is responsible for shipment.
- We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States.
- The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order).
- Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
- If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition.
Please note Dr Denese is not responsible for losses during transit.
Returns
Should you be, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase or have problems with an order, please feel free to contact us by email at askthedr@drdenese.com or call 1-866-642-3754 to speak with a customer service specialist Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
Should you decide to return after speaking with our specialists, please fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order and repackage the merchandise and return via ground UPS or USPS insured to Hook Logistics 1050 Slocum Ave. Suite D, Ridgefield, NJ 07657
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of package arrival.
- Any product defects or issues must be reported within 14 days of package arrival.
- We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Products specified as non-returnable (Travel Items) cannot be returned.
- Please allow 2-3 days to process the refund, once the office has received your return.

We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.
